About 25,000 people die every day of hunger or hunger-related causes, according to the United Nations, but not for lack of available food. They simply are too poor to afford it.

James teaches us what it means to be God’s advocate for the poor, and it can become one of the most fulfilling and meaningful ways to serve the Creator.
