Ephesians 1: New Economic Authority

It’s all about relationships, not rules–it’s called New Covenant Ethics.

Through the ages hope, glory and power are defined by various economies: Egyptian, Babylonian, Roman, and certainly American. But how fragile these economies have proven to be!  The advent of the Jesus-economy changes the heart, which disestablishes the economic principles of the World System. This is the hope, the glory, power and riches God lavishes on us, as Paul describes in Ephesians 1.
