Luke 5: An Outlaw Movement

This entry is part 7 of 49 in the series Luke

Keith McCallum talks about how Jesus questioned the most cherished beliefs in his hometown, and was hated by the people he’d known for all his life.
But everywhere else, they were amazed at his message because it was given with authority.
Jesus launched a worldwide movement, went out to the people. He came to give the world spiritual direction, which is hard to see, but you’ll eventually die without it. Pursuing God’s calling is the only way to real life.
God wants to build movements. He wants to disturb the human instinct to build up our own little boxes, and get us into building a movement. A movement based on love, and teaching how to love, and learning to teach others how to love.
Guest testimony given by Kent State University Junior Lydia Kocab.
